Operations Shift Coordinator - Mid Shift 3pm-11pm
Pay Rate: $23.45/HR plus $1.50/HR- shift differential

Our Mid Shift Operations team is looking for an Operations Shift Coordinator to assist and support in the daily operations of the department. This position is required to support and deliver against all areas of the department to include knowledge of Safety, department procedures, GMPs, FDA, quality and technical skills relative to the equipment operations. This role is responsible for coordinating floor assignments and ensure all production, sanitation and other production needs are met. Ability to operate equipment as needed. This position will report directly to the Operations Shift Supervisors and Operations Manager.

Candidates will be evaluated on the essential functions and job requirements, along with prior manufacturing experience and background, and best match for the criteria.

Minimum Requirements:
• Two-year Associate degree or three (3) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred- Food manufacturing experience in a skilled role is a PLUS
• Valid Driver's License for forklift certification.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules to include weekends and overtime when needed
