The primary function as part of the Raw Materials team is to ensure that daily safety, quality and production goals are met. The Receiver will be responsible for verifying that the correct products and quantities are scanned to and from production and transferred into the proper staging and storage locations. Ensuring all storage of raw materials aligns with the company standards and expectations.
Responsible for following all safety policies, compliance of GMP's procedures, JSA's and the dawning of proper PPE where required.
Follows and models all company procedures and policies, acting as a role model for other employees.
Utilizes Red Prairie for material transactions.
Utilizes the RF gun to transfer, pick and scan product.
Ensures each pallet is scanned to the correct storage/staging location at the time of allocation.
Loads, unloads and transfers materials within or near the plant, yard or work site, performing any combination of following duties.
Loads, unloads materials onto or from pallets, racks and shelves by hand
Ensures all allergens are stored and staged properly.
Ensures all materials are properly wrapped and secured when placing in staging and production.
Completes monthly cleaning of allergens and racks as assigned.
Meets return requirements by returning items as production has completed the run.
Corrects any/all broken bags found. Ensures pallet is clean when complete.
Other duties as assigned.

WAREHOUSE BULK RECEIVER

The Warehouse Bulk Receiving Team Member will be responsible for physically and systematically receiving bulk loads only (Corn loads, Oil loads, Potatoes) 90% of the time this team member will be dealing with computer skill (Receiving and inputting information into the system like MAPICS , INFINITY, MIP etc.) and 5-10% on a lift only when necessary.
WAREHOUSE RECEIVING

The Warehouse Receiving Team Member will be responsible for physically, systematically and properly receiving, inspecting, storing, rotating, counting and staging of all materials. The team member will be expected to keep the work area clean at all times at a level consistent with the high standards of food manufacturing. This team member will also have the responsibility of supplying materials to the production team, returning materials to the racks when needed and moving pallets to and from the production area, as well as all other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Warehouse Team Lead.
