$18.52 per hour with a .80 shift premium

On Machine Seasoning (OMS) Operators possess strong organizational skills, leadership skills and the ability to interact with both management and co-workers. In this role you will set up and operate industrial food equipment, following precise recipes and work procedures. You will also monitor and adjust processing variables and performing product quality tests and data collection. You will collaborate with quality assurance and management leaders. OMS Operators are exposed to dairy allergens and some work-related chemicals.

What you bring to the party:

• Forklift Experience - You will need to have forklift experience for transport of seasonings to and from the warehouse (can be certified onsite).
• Reliability to come to work as scheduled is how you and we succeed.
• Food manufacturing experience and previous seasoning experience is great to have, but not required.
• Safety Mindset - Maintaining a safety and health workplace for you and your team members is priority #1
