Competitive Pay

Shearer's offers a competitive salary package based on experience and commensurate with the market. All team members receive 9 paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) as accrued.

Medical

All team members have the choice of quality medical benefits. The Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP) has the option of a Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) included. The PPO plan has the option of a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Prescription Drugs

All team members who enroll in medical benefits will also have prescription drug coverage.

Dental/Vision

Dental benefits provided through Delta Dental are available to you and your dependents. The dental plans feature a network of dental care providers whose services you can access at a discounted rate. In addition, Shearer's offers quality vision coverage through VSP.

401(k)

Shearer's 401(k) retirement savings plan is a great way to save for retirement. You make your contributions through payroll deductions on a pretax or after-tax basis, and Shearer's boosts your savings with a matching contribution.

Life Insurance

Shearer's provides basic life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance equal to one times your annual salary up to $250,000 at no cost to you. You can also choose to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself, your spouse and your child(ren) through The Standard.

Disability Insurance

Protecting your income, should you become disabled, is very important to Shearer's. We contribute to the cost of both short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) coverages.

Employee Assistance Program

You and your dependents are automatically enrolled in The Standard's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at no cost to you. Through this program, you may receive confidential personal assessment and referral services for a wide array of concerns.

Tuition Reimbursement

Shearer's is committed to supporting cost-effective continued education that is aligned with our core business objectives. This program allows eligible team members to seek financial assistance from the company for expenses incurred for a university-based degree program.
