Competitive Pay

Shearer's offers a competitive salary package based on experience and commensurate with the market. All team members receive 9 paid holidays and Paid Time Off (PTO) as accrued.

All team members have the choice of quality medical benefits. The Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP) has the option of a Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) included. The PPO plan has the option of a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Shearer's 401(k) retirement savings plan is a great way to save for retirement. You make your contributions through payroll deductions on a pretax or after-tax basis, and Shearer's boosts your savings with a matching contribution.

Shearer's provides basic life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance equal to one times your annual salary up to $250,000 at no cost to you. You can also choose to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself, your spouse and your child(ren) through The Standard.

Protecting your income, should you become disabled, is very important to Shearer's. We contribute to the cost of both short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) coverages.
